General Terms & Conditions for the use of website and the sales of products

These General Terms and Conditions (hereafter “T&Cs”) govern the relations between BioD Medica Sdn Bhd (hereafter “Seller” or "we" or "us"), its customers, and the users of its websites (both customers and users hereafter referred to as “customers”) www.hellobiod.myshopify.com (hereafter “Website”) in regards to the services offered on the Website (hereafter “Services”) and to the purchase and sale of Seller products ordered via the Website (hereafter “Products”).

These T&Cs might be changed by Seller from time to time on the Website, and the latest version of these T&Cs at any point in time will govern any future usage by users of the Website and the sale and purchase of Products.

 

T&Cs for Warranty Products

For warranty product (Import Product) from this website, it means that the product is usually a direct import from oversea. BioD Medica Sdn Bhd provides a warranty according to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year or as stated on the product page during the time of the purchase, whichever is less. Your sales receipt must accompany all items.

In case of warranty claim, customer needs to send the product to address at BioD Medica Sdn Bhd, B-06-38A, Block B, Sunway Geo, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, 47500, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, at his / her own cost. We will return the repaired product to customer at our own cost.

 

Original Manufacturer Warranty product

For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. BioD Medica Sdn Bhd is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service. BioD Medica Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. BioD Medica Sdn Bhd's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

 

Return Policy

BioD Medica Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure / undecided.
Buyer must inform BioD Medica Sdn Bhd at customer care line 016 - 3505125 (Whatsapp) within 7 days of the RECEIVED DATE of the product, should product return is required, kindly attached the sales receipt as proof of purchase. Buyer must get approval from .BioD Medica Sdn Bhd prior to returning a product.

For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original condition/packaging. BioD Medica Sdn Bhd will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to BioD Medica Sdn Bhd at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.).

Buyer must ship and return the product to BioD Medica Sdn Bhd within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.

For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, BioD Medica Sdn Bhd will pay for the return shipping cost. Customer must inform BioD Medica Sdn Bhd within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to BioD Medica Sdn Bhd for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
