How to use
#1 | Confirm Area
Next to the sternum and one finger below the collarbone.

Shave hair in the area if hair is present.

Clean with alcohol pad/wet cotton pad. Let it dry naturally.

Do not touch the electrodes once the paper backings are removed.
#5 | Attach
Press firmly and evenly for 2 minutes.
Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
