[VACANCY] Product Specialist at BioD Medica

Job Title: Product Specialist (Ipoh, Perak Region) 

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies and achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory.
  2. Identify, establish and maintain good rapport with key doctors, key opinion leaders as well as decision makers to increase product awareness through constant interaction and regular visit.
  3. Organize and lead CME with HCPs to promote our products.
  4. Participate in industry events, conferences and medical exhibitions to stay ahead in the market.
  5. Working closely with the Product Marketing Team to give timely feedback on market condition and customers’ inputs on their product
  6. Develop strong market knowledge and technical proficiency on all products to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  7. To work coherently across department in the company.
  8. Assist finance department to ensure payment is collected on time.
  9. Assist in product handling and delivery.
  10. Submit timely and accurate monthly reports and itinerary to enable management to review and assess appropriate strategies to adopt.
  11. To practice good account sales management including maintaining current customer profiles, producing sales and order forecasts, and business loss reports.
  12. Liaise with external customers and provide technical guidance when required to ensure proper usage of medical devices.
  13. Ensure sales activities comply with GDPMD requirements where applicable.
  14. Ensure customer requirements are well coordinated & fulfilled - device patching appointment, payment collection & home patching.
  15. Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the sales team and operation team.
  16. Assisting in preparing necessary documentations, coordinating shipment necessities and urgent customer requirements.
  17. Attend customer and sales teams phone calls related to product and order enquiries - Handle pre and post sales inquiries or requests by phone and e-mail.
  18. Assist to monitor daily orders and ensure each orders are well taken care of by liaising with the operation team to check the progress of sales order delivery.
  19. Carry out daily duties in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  20. Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Education and Skill/Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field of studies. Science Degree will be an additional
    advantage.
  •  Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  •  Inquisitive with great problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skill.
  •  Good organizational and time management skills.
  •  Possess good attitude, initiative, responsible, team player and able to work
    independently.
  •  Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken). Mandarin will be an
    added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
  • Position will based in Perak.
